If you are selected as a semi-finalist, you will be notified on Thursday, April 4, 2024 via email and information on next steps will be included in that email. A list of semi-finalists (first name, last initial, and city/state) will also be posted on this same webpage. Please check back on Thursday, April 4, 2024 for the list of semi-finalists.

• Evaluation Criteria: Semi-finalists will be evaluated on dance execution & technique, retention of choreography, showmanship, and professional presentation.

• Business Interview Candidates determined and announced
• Semi-finalists that advance to the business interviews will be notified via email on this date. Business Interview candidates will also be listed on this webpage.

• Virtual Business Interviews
• Semi-finalists that advance to the interview round will be required to participate in a business interview that will be conducted virtually. Each finalist will be provided with a timeslot during either of these dates during business hours.
• Evaluation Criteria: The focus of the business interviews will be on the brand ambassador responsibilities of the position. Interview candidates will be evaluated on the qualities of a brand ambassador including communication skills, public speaking comfortability, professional presentation, and experience relevant to the position.

• Wednesday, April 24, 2024 - Finalists announced
• Business Interview Candidates that advance to the final audition will be notified on this date via email. Finalists will also be listed on this webpage.

• Virtual Rehearsal & Information Session with Finalists from 7PM – 10PM.

• In-Person Final Audition Rehearsal from 7PM - 9PM

• Finalists will be required to attend the final audition both nights from 6:00PM – 10:00PM.
• Evaluation Criteria: Finalists will be evaluated on brand ambassador ability, dance execution & technique, retention of choreography, showmanship, and creative performance.

• Finalists selected for the 2024 squad will be notified via email
• Finalists selected for the 2024 squad will also be listed on this webpage.
• Members of the new squad will be required to attend in-person meetings beginning on Tuesday evening, June 4th. Meetings and rehearsals are normally held Tuesday and Wednesday evenings from 7-10PM.
• Most Eagles Cheerleaders have full-time careers or attend college full-time in addition to being members of the squad.
